Refund and Returns Policy for Baankey Creation

1. Returns

We hope you love your Baankey Creation, but if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items that are damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us).
3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, size, or scent, please contact us within 3 days of your purchase. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange.

4. Shipping Costs
